This month is a free-for-all with FAST EVICT representative Patti Widget.

How do you avoid an eviction?  When is enough, enough?  What do you do if the eviction is contested?  What can you charge for and what is the maximum we can charge for repairs from a move-out?  How do you prepare for court?  If you win, how do you collect?  Is it worth it?  If you lose, does this hurt your credit?  Come to the meeting to hear the answers….
