The NARPM® Accounting Standards (NAS) is designed to improve the property management industry by establishing a standard of accounting practices for its members. Specifically, the goal of the NAS is to create and endorse a set of accounting standards that will provide uniformity around accounting practices and financial reporting.

To help you implement the NAS in your company, NARPM® provided a “Conversion Guide” which walks you through the implementation steps. Have you read through the Conversion Guide? It’s a comprehensive guide but extremely challenging. Unfortunately, because of this, most companies are still not on the NAS.

Our mission at NARPM Long Beach Orange County is to have our area 100% implemented.

Bring your bookkeeper, you won’t want to miss this. We’ll go through a full QuickBooks Online implementation and provide tips and tricks on how to successfully do this yourself.
