Syndication is the process of pooling investors together to buy and manage assets. This presentation will introduce you to the concept and point you in the right direction to get started.

AJ Shepard is the co-owner of Uptown Properties in Portland and also a licensed contractor in Oregon. We have been in the business since 2010 and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community.
